• In-depth, face-to-face interviews between the applicant and experienced, bilingual recruiters who are familiar with the client's needs and operations
• Documentation of work experience emphasizing accomplishments, interests and performance levels
• Reference verifications with former employers, including thorough review of performance, attitude, safety history and eligibility for rehire
• Customized assessments tailored to the client's special requests, including specific skills tests and personality profiles
