Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for Accounting Assistant . Pay rate starts at $0

Responsibilities:

Coordinate business work flow via operations supervisor, dispatcher, salesmen, manager, and other personnel.
Match sales order prices and discounts to quote and correct discrepancies as needed.
Work with Inventory / Operations to ensure that inventory on sales order is available to be fulfilled.
Convert sales order to invoice that will be mailed to customer. Assist with audit pulls, inter-company confirmations, and AR Collections.

Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
ERP related software.
Current practices and technology used in the oil and gas industry.
