Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Stay informed about chemical industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and performance reports.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new leads, expand presence in existing markets, and close new (and stale) deals that can contribute to the growth of Complete Chemicals’ territory market share.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of the chemical industry and products strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Technical understanding of chemical regulations and applications is a plus.
