Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for CNC Maintenance Technician. Pay rate starts at $30
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of CNC equipment and other control driven equipment
- Repair and troubleshoot CNC systems such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, and Haas controls
- Proficient with CNC control to able to adjust parameters accordingly and replace components
- Work closely with production to get machines up and running to capacity
- Compile records of equipment and machinery information to use as a maintenance resource
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts of all equipment to minimize downtime
- Responsible for all areas of machine maintenance within the area of responsibility
- Perform equipment checklist evaluations
- Perform safety checklist evaluations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work related experience and/or training, preferably in machine shop environment
- Machine maintenance knowledge such as CNC & manual lathes, CNC machining centers, manual mills, NC saws, forklift repair, etc.
- Electrical and Mechanical abilities related to machining tools
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics, diagrams, sketches, or specifications
- Ability to perform basic facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, etc.
