Overview:

We are seeking a sales-driven Construction Estimator with an existing book of sales to support one branch location. This role is client-facing and focused on developing and maintaining business relationships, while also supporting estimating and design functions.

Candidates near a branch location are preferred. Remote candidates will be considered if willing to visit the branch periodically.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage an existing book of business to generate and grow sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Act as the primary sales contact for the branch
• Support estimating activities including plan review, take-offs, and pricing
• Assist with proposal preparation and project coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Construction sales experience with an established book of sales
• Estimating experience in construction (commercial preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activities

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with OST, Bluebeam, or Procore
• Background in commercial construction

Additional Details:

• Supports one branch only (no multi-territory responsibility)
• Hybrid/remote flexibility with occasional in-branch presence
