CSR Delivery Assistant - Non CDL Jobs in Houston
Job Summary
The CSR Delivery Assistant helps deliver packaged products to retail accounts along a set route, ensuring products are placed correctly and deliveries are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product delivery, including reviewing invoices and moving products into each account
- Count inventory on the truck and at delivery locations
- Maintain product rotation, build displays, and support P.O.S. and pricing as needed
- Complete account transactions and end-of-day settlement
- Ensure shelves and backrooms are neat and organized
- Follow safe working/driving practices and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and adhere to safety procedures

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of delivery experience preferred
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and acceptable MVR
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull, and move cases up to 160 lbs; operate dollies up to 300 lbs
- Maneuver powered pallet jacks safely
- Bend, reach, squat, stand, and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Work in indoor/outdoor conditions: heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, and varying lighting
