Job Summary

The CSR Delivery Assistant helps deliver packaged products to retail accounts along a set route, ensuring products are placed correctly and deliveries are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product delivery, including reviewing invoices and moving products into each account
• Count inventory on the truck and at delivery locations
• Maintain product rotation, build displays, and support P.O.S. and pricing as needed
• Complete account transactions and end-of-day settlement
• Ensure shelves and backrooms are neat and organized
• Follow safe working/driving practices and comply with FMCSA regulations
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and adhere to safety procedures

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of delivery experience preferred
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and acceptable MVR
• 
  

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, pull, and move cases up to 160 lbs; operate dollies up to 300 lbs
• Maneuver powered pallet jacks safely
• Bend, reach, squat, stand, and walk up to 8 hours per day
• Work in indoor/outdoor conditions: heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, and varying lighting
