Magnum Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative, hourly pay starting at $20.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·Providing back up for other Customer Service Coordinator
·Maintaining assigned accounts (E-Commerce, CPU & Priority 1)
·Responding to calls, emails and inquiries from customers, warehouse and carriers
·Resolving customer complaints and conflicts with patience and courtesy
·Researching and reviewing accounts and shipments for accuracy
·Coordinating and interacting with other department personnel as required
·Sending tracking details
·Managing shipping and labeling process
·Update all department trackers.
·Maintaining a high standard of professional decorum and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, supervisors, and other key stakeholders
Skills Required:
·Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
·High School diploma or degree in a related field
·Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred or WMS
·Proficient in MS Office Applications
·Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
·Strong leadership skills
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Highly organized with a proven ability to multi-task
·Productive and efficient in planning and executing work
·Service driven with exceptional attention to detail
·Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
·Energetic, upbeat and a tenacious team player
·English and Spanish are considered an asset
