Opportunity for Candidate:
This position assists SalesDepartment through customer-based administrative support, as well as marketing project coordination to aid sales goals and initiatives, Candidate will serve as the key administrator and liaison in all professional business, taking on various assignments and projects with responsibility for completion from beginning to end, communicating time-sensitive details of orders for production and working hand-in-hand with communications and marketing teams of the firm.
Candidate Attributes & Skills:
- The ability to manage a high volume of work and calls and decipher what's immediate from what can wait.
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform operations.
- Preferable Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Advanced computer and technology skills especially with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Exceptional travel management coordination for flights, transportation, hotel accommodations as well as tradeshow booking.
- Strong knowledge of Google, various social media platforms and email and marketing automations (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Experience working with high-level individuals.
- Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Liaison between Plant and Distribution Center while obtaining/providing logistic information.
- Performs all departmental support activities including inventory forecasting.
- Outstanding time-management skills to coordinate internal and external meetings for department.
- Professional, friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Team player capable of working in a congenial manner with all employees and departments.
- Some travel required.
