Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for E-Commerce Fulfillment Specilaist . Pay rate starts at $20

Responsibilities:

Process e-commerce orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Pick, pack, label and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers.
Receive and process inbound inventory.
Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
Process returns and other customer requirements.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders, inventory, inbound shipments and operational issues.
Assist with onboarding new customers and products.
Follow customer-specific packing, labeling and shipping requirements.
Identify problems and take ownership of resolving them.
Help improve warehouse processes, accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL experience.
Experience using a WMS or e-commerce fulfillment system.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS or similar shipping systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers and senior management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good problem-solving ability.
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The ambition and drive to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.
