Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join our team for the night shift. The role involves performing a variety of physical and manual tasks to support daily operations, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing supplies or equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to [weight] lbs.
• Willingness to work overnight hours (5 PM – 5 AM).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).
