We are hiring General Laborers to assist with the fabrication and handling of industrial insulation products, including fiberglass materials. No previous experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, measuring, and preparing insulation materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Load, unload, package, and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet production goals.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Shifts

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
