Magnum Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environmental) to support workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and incident management.

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company HSE and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage workplace injuries, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes.
• Conduct employee safety training and orientations.
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and incident documentation.
• Work closely with management and client locations to address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Previous HSE or Safety Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
