Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for I & E Tech. Pay rate starts at $25.00

General Function:

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Candidate will be responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance. Candidate must have PC skills (troubleshooting and programming).

Responsibilities:

• Providing electrical, electronics, communications and instrumentation support to maintain wells, equipment and facilities consistent with the Asset's business direction and in a manner that is safe, efficient and environmentally sound.

• Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, process controls and new equipment as projects dictate.

• Training and mentoring systems, engineering and operations staff.

• Supervising contract labor in the installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment.

• Troubleshoots, tests, replace/repair electrical and electronic production equipment.

• Some design and building of electrical and electronic devices may be required.

• Recommends changes and improvements to make operations safer, more efficient and improve the quality.

• Testing and troubleshooting of machines.

• Installation of components or parts.

• Internal or external preparation.

• Assembly of machines

• Provides technical support to other groups and co-workers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of related experience and/or training.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts list.

• Ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.

• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

• Vision abilities required such as: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, handle, and reach with hands and arms.
