Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Read and interpret shipping documents (Process bills of lading)
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about freight/logistics service.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual (Fluency in Spanish is required)
- Must have 10 key typing skills (preferably 38 WP)
- Proficiency with SAP, CYNAPSE, and ORACLE programs.
