Planning Data Support Specialists Jobs in Weimar
Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for Planning Data Support Specialists . Pay rate starts at $20
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update planning, scheduling, and item data into NetSuite
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in backlog reduction of planning/system entries
- Maintain organized records of entered data and updates
- Work closely with the Planning team to ensure data aligns with production needs
- Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for follow-up
- Support other administrative tasks within the Planning team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus, not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
