Magnum Staffing is looking for qualified candidates for a client located in the Baytown TX area. The candidate will lead a team of warehouse associates and coordinate workflow while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations within the warehouse, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Must have experience in maintaining, regulate machine flow and monitor product processing.
- Lead team of warehouse associates, coordinates workflow, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
- Train warehouse associates to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging and warehouse areas.
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, mechanical packaging processes, and inventory systems.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
