Job Summary:

Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe production, packaging, and storage of customer products. This role involves leading a team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and safe work environment.
• High level of accuracy in safety inspections, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to identify safety hazards and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and warehouse safety practices.

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and move items ranging from 25 to 75 pounds, with some positions requiring the handling of heavier items such as 160-pound kegs.
• Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Movement and Stamina: Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders or stairs for extended periods, often up to 8–11 hours per day
• Environmental Exposure: Working in various conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and exposure to dust or fumes.
